Firefighter I Graduation

Six members graduated the New York State Firefighter I training course along with 7 other firefighters from departments around Onondaga County. Lance Clements, Pascal Field, Kevin McGowan, Bryan Skipworth, James Trudell, and David Ward all from the Moyers Corners FD graduated this 78 hour training program taught by instructors from the New York State Office of Fire Prevention & Control. This training included classroom as well as practical training which meets the standards of NFPA 1001.

In addition to the MCFD members, Richard Mayers (Cicero FD), Dan Haun (Fairmount FD), Christopher Vance (Lyncourt FD), Thomas Rentz (Manlius FD), Alan Rudy (Pennellville FD), and James Hartnett (Pompey Hill FD) also graduated from this challenging training.
