MCFD Firefighters Help One of Their Own

On Saturday December 8^th, Moyers Corners station 3 firefighters got together to help one of their own.  Firefighter Mike Goodwin is currently serving our country overseas in Iraq.  Firefighters Mike Braciszewski, Andy Brown, Joe Brown, Dan Stachurski, Nick Wadler, explorer Chris Goonan, Lt. Mike Wick, and Battalion Chief Tim Chura paid a visit to Firefighter Goodwin’s wife and three children.  The members helped the Goodwin’s decorate their house for the holidays, and BC Chura presented Tammy Goodwin with a check for $250 to help make their holidays a little brighter.  The kids enjoyed decorating the tree, and all involved had a great time.
