Moyers Corners Stations 1 and 4 were alerted to a motor vehicle collision on Soule Road near Route 57. Initial reports indicated that a vehicle had struck a tree. Rescue 4 [Lt. Zaferakis] and Battalion 1 [Crispin] arrived within minutes of the dispatch.

Upon arrival, Rescue 4 reported that the driver of the vehicle would need minor extrication. Engine 11 [Lt. Delong] arrived moments later. The Engine 11 crew stretched and manned a handline, checked for vehicle hazards,  and assisted the rescue company with the extrication. Squad 4 also responded and assisted the rescue company. Rescue 4's crew "popped" the driver's door and packaged the patient for the awaiting NOVA ambulance crew. Total extrication time was 14 minutes.
